Do you offer shipping outside of the US?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time. However, we plan to in the future!

Can I change the shipping address for my order after it is placed?

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We do our best to process orders quickly, so there is a limited window of time after an order is placed to make changes before it is prepared for shipment.

If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately (before your order has been shipped) with your order number and new shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

We work quickly to process and ship out all orders. Because of this, there is a limited window of time for cancellations. You may request an order cancellation before it has been shipped. To do so, please contact us with your order number.

What is your Return and Refund Policy?

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
As a small business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final!

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS:
Refunds or replacements are offered for items that arrive defective and/or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost orders placed with untracked shipping.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we do! You can shop wholesale directly with us through Faire.

Do you accept requests for custom orders/commissions?

No, we are not accepting requests for custom orders, products, or commissions at this time.
