Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! We currently only offer shipping within the USA. Please see our Shipping and Delivery Policy below.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that this processing time is in addition to the shipping time it takes for your order to be delivered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order's total delivery time is the processing time (1-3 business days) plus the carrier's delivery estimate shown at checkout.

We offer two shipping options: USPS Letter Mail (Untracked) and USPS Ground Advantage (Tracked)!

USPS Letter Mail (Stickers Only & Untracked):

  • Rate: $1.00
  • Estimated Delivery: 5-10 business days
  • Details: This option is available for orders only containing stickers (die cut stickers/sticker sheets) and is sent via standard USPS letter mail. This service does not include tracking. Please note that if it is a heavier order, it may be sent in separate letters. Sam's Scribbles is not responsible for lost mail. For a tracked option, please select USPS Ground Advantage.

USPS Ground Advantage (Tracked):

  • Rate: Calculated at checkout
  • Estimated Delivery: 2-5 business days
  • Details: This is our standard, affordable tracked shipping option!

FREE SHIPPING

Free tracked shipping is offered for orders that are $50 USD and up!

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Sam's Scribbles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been shipped, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier.

If you selected a tracked shipping option (i.e. USPS Ground Advantage), please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) directly with your tracking number for help.

If you selected an untracked shipping option (i.e. USPS Letter Mail), we are unable to assist with lost or stolen mail.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES/CORRECTIONS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We do our best to process orders quickly, so there is a limited window of time after an order is placed to make changes before it is prepared for shipment.

If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately (before your order has been shipped) with your order number and new shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We work quickly to process and ship out all orders. Because of this, there is a limited window of time for cancellations. You may request an order cancellation before it has been shipped. To do so, please contact us with your order number.
